Hi all ,
I have a requirement where I need to add the hyperlink of the knowledge article under 'My requests' section when we open any knowledge feedback task, so that the link will redirect us to the knowledge article. Though normally it is possible to just bring the fields via standard ticket configuration, but how to exactly add the hyperlink I am not sure.
Can anyone help me with this? Does this need modification in the widget? How to exactly achieve this?
I want the hyperlink below the KFT number

I believe you would need to clone/create a widget to display the information as a hyperlink and then under the standard ticket configuration, for that table, selecting advanced and selecting that cloned/created widget.
