Future dated publication

Hi All

Does anyone know if it is possible to future date the publication of an article? We regularly have articles that are prepared in advance, but publication needs to be timed with communication so that people have been informed about changes before they can view them in our knowledge base.

Any support would be most welcome as I am new the ServiceNow so just starting to get to grips with all the functionality!

Thanks Jo

Hi Jo,

You can use the "Scheduled Publish Date" feature to do this. We use it and find it a great help to get work done in advance of any changes, and have everything ready to go live for a certain date.
