I can't find "Disable rating" and "Disable Mark as helpful" field in the available list.

Hello great people of this community, i'm still a learner but please bear with my question. I'm logged in as an administrator in my practice instance, and am trying to disbale article rating and 'mark as helpul' at the knowledge base level, but i can't seem to find these two fields on the knowledge base form. If i go to the form layout to display them on the form, they are no where in the available list of the slush bucket. Eventhough i can see the 'Ratings' field in the available list, it does'nt display on the form after moving it to selected list of the slush bucket. What am i not getting here?

Ideally these fields should be available and visible to you by default on Knowledge base form, attaching screenshot from my pdi for your reference:

Could you please share screenshots from your instance, so that it would be easier to identify the issue?

Thanks for your response Shubham. I have the screenshots here. All the fields in the available list are shown completely with 3 images that i have attached. Thanks.

Try changing your form view to Default and check, it should work.

Hi @Shubham, i have changed to the default view, but those two notorious fields are still not showing up. I am surprised that PDIs can be different from one administrator to another.
