We are managing several thousand knowledge articles. Is there an automated way to validate URLs added to KBAs are working properly? These may be URLs to external sites or URLs to other knowledge articles.

Hi Tilly,
I just use the reporting function in ServiceNow https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-now-intelligence/page/use/reporting/reference/report-types-....
I use the List Report to pull only published and draft articles, and include the columns:
- Article body
- Number and
- Knowledge base
I then schedule the report to send to my inbox every fortnight - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-now-intelligence/page/use/reporting/task/t_ScheduleAReport....
Once the report hits my inbox I paste it into a spreadsheet and run the "Extract URLs" add on (to remove the URLs from the HTML in the Article Body column) alongside a macro which removes duplicates and then click through each link to check for broken links.
Hope this helps.

Here's the new link: https://support.servicenow.com/ideas
And here's an article explaining it a bit:

Thank you!

I'm getting a "Your role does not grant you access to this article. Please use Search to find related content." message. Is there an updated link for that article? Thanks.
