Knowledge Blocks as ESM Answer

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has used the Knowledge Blocks as the answer to articles.

I have the scenario where different articles (issues) will have the same answer, and I do not want to have to edit all the articles every time this common answer changes as well. 

Also, does anybody use common attachments? Is this also something that can be done with knowledge blocks?

You could use the 'related articles' functionality to connect an issue to an answer?  And as far as I know there is no way to have common attachments - so have an article with just an attachment and then reference that in the others that need it to avoid duplication.  It all sounds a bit clunky and not a great user experience though.

I have used knowledge blocks for the same answer.

As for common attachment, you can attach it to the knowledge block and then create a link to the attachment within the knowledge block.
