Hello, I am currently finishing the On Demand course Knowledge Management (KM) Implementation, I post some screenshots below and for any reason I can't complete one of the tasks, it says I should Configure the Policies knowledge base to include English and Spanish, whoever I checked all the isntructions from the course, ServiceNow product documentation and some videos on Youtube, I could not find a solution , I attached some screenshots to give the visibility of the excercise, anyone able to help? I was suppose to have a n option of adding the two languages in a box but I don't Have it

Hello @Eric_Zafalon
You may need to configure the knowledge base form to include the Languages field. Click the form context menu icon and navigate to Configure > Form layout. Use slushbucket to add the Languages field.
after that, click the lock icon to unlock the Languages field in the Knowledge base form. Add the Languages you want to add.

Hi Ravi, thanks for the answer, I found the problem but the issue was in the table: glide.knowman.translation.enable_translation_task, it was not set-up properly to let the Language field appear on the form. Thanks
