Last Review Date

Does anyone know of the "Last Review Date" field?  It is being used in one of our knowledge bases but I can't find any info on this field in the SN product docs.  The values in this field do not make sense so I am trying to get more info on this field.  Could this be a custom field?

"Last Review Date" Field is a custom field created by your team , it's not a OOTB field.

Where can I go to see which fields are OOB and their description, and which fields are on the kb_knowledge table?

is there a data dictionary for knowledge?
