Localization framework for knowledge article

We would like to utilize the Bulk Translation feature of ServiceNow for automatically translating one or more published articles for one or more enabled languages by a single translation request from a specific group of people.

We have :

  • a multi-language instance with several languages activated
  • enabled translation service spoke services with Microsoft Azure (machine translate)
  • activated localization Framework support for Knowledge Base
  • configured Localization Framework settings like below

Do you have any idea why translation are not published automatically even if in the
log of localization task is reported successfully translated and published ?

@Arnaldo,

So, it's only following the KB's workflow. In most cases for an "instant publish" flow, you need a due-date to be set, then a schedule job runs to publish said article based on that date, as detailed here

Many thanks,
Kind regards

Many thanks for additional info but I didn't get your confirmation/ statement about  Bulk Translation
In the Utah release,  Bulk translation of article has NO possibilities OOTB to publish automatically ( without manual intervention) articles that have been automatically translated  by machine translate. DRAFT translated Articles can only be published manually accordingly to the approval workflow set  in the database where translation are stored
