Just wondering if there are any other knowledge managers out there that have the ability to assign a flag left on a published knowledge article directly to an Ownership Group/Assignment Group.
I do have the ability to create (and subsequently assign) a Knowledge Submission to an Assignment Group. However, I feel for sake of convenience it would make more sense for the flag to be assigned directly to the group, so we'd eliminate the need to manually create a sub and assign it out.
Any input is appreciated! Let me know if you require any clarification from me on the specific ask.
Thanks,
Jared

We have set it up so even flags are creating a Knowledge Feedback Task.
This way we can automatically assign the KFT to the ownership group if the article is flagged. We are handling flagged articles as any feedback through KFTs.

We do the same as Andreas - any 'poor' feedback (such as a not useful or a low star-rating) and a 'flag' generate a feedback task. The problems comes when the task sits there waiting for someone in the ownership group to assign it to an actual person. As Knowledge Manager, in list view I can quickly assign multiple tasks to a single person.
