How do I post an article to a forum? It shows as draft, and I can't find anywhere to "publish" it.

Hi @Magnus Hovik

Sorry, but you can also post an article. Here is the email ID and the link for the community post.

Who can create an article

While all community members can ask questions and post comments, only certain users can create an article. Those users are MVPs, Rising Stars, Thought Leaders, and Employees. If you would like to write blogs and/or articles as a Thought Leader, please email us at community@servicenow.com.

If it's in the ServiceNow Community:

  • Go to My Profile > My Drafts.
  • Click on the article you want to publish.
  • Look for a Publish or Post button (usually at the bottom or top-right).
  • If you don’t see it, check if:
    • You have completed all required fields.
    • Your account has the necessary permissions to post (some forums require approval). {While all community members can ask questions and post comments, only certain users can create an article. Those users are MVPs, Rising Stars, Thought Leaders, and Employees.}

✔️ If this solves your issue, please mark it as Correct.

✔️ If you found it helpful, please mark it as Helpful.

Hi @Magnus Hovik

According to the community, only MVPs and Rising Stars are allowed to post blogs. You can click on the article again, and then you'll see the "Publish" button at the bottom or top.
