Purchased (or subscription) common knowledge articles

Does anyone have experience purchasing (or subscribing to) sets of common knowledge articles for publishing in ServiceNow? We are essentially starting from zero in building out a knowledge base for our end users and I would prefer to use pre-written/pre-reviewed technical knowledge articles where possible (vs creating from scratch) for commonly used products like Office 365 products, Windows 10, laptop tips/tricks, etc. Thanks for any insight.

Upland RightAnswers has a curated knowledge base of articles on diverse IT topics. They are self-service and level 1 articles. They integrate into ServiceNow, but there is a fee for usage of their knowledge.
