I've seen this question asked a few times but no definitive answer...
Is there a way to restrict Knowledge articles so that it is only available to specific people or assignment groups without creating another Knowledge Base?
Please be specific in your response. Thank you 🙂

But how does this apply to individual KBs? For instance I'm in Group A and I only want people in Group A to view KB ABC. I've always been told it's an all or nothing role that can only be specified at the Knowledge Base level not at specific KB level.

Hi,
I provided screen shot (reattached) in my previous reply where you can select HR Criteria or User Criteria to apply to the Can Read. When you expand the field, you can click the magnifying glass to select the HR Criteria or User Criteria that you want to view the Knowledge Article. You set the conditions for the audience within HR Criteria or User Criteria, then you will be able to select that group from the list when you open up the Selector when you expand the Can Read.
