Is it possible to have an integration between SysAid ITSM and a shared instance of ServiceNow?

Yes, you would need to build an integration. I don't see anything pre-built.
Both systems have a REST API available so it's definitely possible.

It sounds like you have a provider with a shared ServiceNow instance or that you are a provider sharing an instance for multiple customers. If this is the case then the answer is not a simple technical issue, but more an organizational one. I would suggest reading my series of articles about Service Management and Integration  (SIAM) some years ago.
