Has anyone had issue where you cannot find a specific knowledge article except by having it's exact article number? I have a knowledge article and it does not show any results through search unless I type the exact article number. The article is not expired and has been published.

Are the meta tags done correctly?
Is the article Out Dated?
What are the "Can Read" criteria?

Before to proceed with below check be sure that affected articles
are Published and with a Valid to date are in the future.
1. This happens when the newly created or newly updated KB articles are not properly indexed.
2. You can find out if the article is not indexed by searching for the article in kb_knowledge Keywords e.g. KB0021000 ( search by kb_knowledge.list page with for text search) , you will not see the article in the search results (no record to display😞
3. It does happen sometimes when there is a delay in processing text indexing events. If such list begins to accumulate rows, means that error occurs.
Note : If you see the same issue to multiple articles, To maintain the search performance properly,
you may generate re-indexing on the kb_knowledge table.
Once this indexing is done you should be able to search articles as expected.
