Access to 3rd party lawyers

Hi experts,

I have a scenario I need your help with -

We are configuring ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery.  Some legal requests need 3rd party lawyers to view case details and update the case. But the 3rd party lawyers will not have a company identity ( i.e. they would not have a record in Active Directory for example). Are there ways to have them view & update cases in ServiceNow without  a company identity?

We have a scenario, where when outside counsel is engaged for a legal request (and they aren't in our AD)... a email summary is sent the them with a link they can reply to.  Their reply is added back to the LR with that inbound email action.
