I've added more drop-downs in the View area of the My Requests widget in Employee Center to Open Legal Requests, Close Legal Requests, Open Legal Matters, and Close Legal Matters. But, the one thing I've noticed with the Open Legal Matters filter, the values for Short Description is blank but it is not for Legal Requests.
The OOB configuration for the Portal Settings > Primary Field to Display is set with Short Description but as you see from the image above in the red box, the Short Description value is empty. Is there an OOB ACL that's causing this? Business Rule? Client Script? Is this a bug with Legal Matters?
If you observe, the Legal Requests in the image display the Short Description successfully.
So far, the alternative I've found is selecting 'Legal Matter' in the Primary field to display field (in the My Request filter) in place of Short Description:
If anyone knows how I can get the Short Description to show instead of using 'Legal Matter' it would be much appreciated.
