I continue to have issues with the "ServiceNow Contracts" Word Plug In that is part of the Contract Management Pro Application. When I connect it to my instance, it just spins and then opens up the instance in a new tab. Has anyone else had this issue when trying to set this up?
Hey Tiffany, if you refer to "your instance" do you mean PDI? Did it work once before? If it is a PDI, I assume not. My last status (knowledge 2024) is, that the Word Plugin can not be used connected to a PDI
