Hi all,
I'm trying to install this on my PDI but I'm not able to find it when searching "Legal" or "sn_lg_ops" in the application manager page (/now/app-manager/home).
I can see that others have already asked this question but it's not clear to me what the solution was 😞

Hi @Jamsta1912 ,
The Legal Request Management application (sn_lg_ops) is not available for installation on all Personal Developer Instances (PDIs); it is typically restricted to customer/demo instances or requires a specific entitlement from ServiceNow.
Why you can’t find it in Application Manager
- When you search for “Legal” or sn_lg_ops in Application Manager on a PDI, the app may simply not be listed because it is not included in the default PDI catalog.
- Some Legal‑related apps are only available via the ServiceNow Store and may require a paid entitlement, which PDIs usually do not have.
What you can do
- If you need this for learning or certification practice, I would recommend:
- Using a demo or training instance (e.g., via ServiceNow University or a partner‑provided demo) where Legal Request Management is pre‑installed or can be enabled.
- Confirming with your instructor or ServiceNow contact whether a specific demo instance is provided for Legal‑Ops labs.
Hope this helps...

Hi @Jamsta1912
Unfortunately, because they are Store apps (only available via the ServiceNow Store), the Legal Service Delivery capabilities can't be installed on PDIs.
