Installed application not seen in Application menu

I have installed Legal Service Delivery applications as per this course "Legal Service Delivery (LSD) Fundamentals and Implementation" 

After installation i am not able to see the installed application in Application Navigator, I have closed my instance and opened my instance many times to check if I can see , but no luck 

How to make it visible in application menu

Hi,

Please check the status of Application in Plugin list again. Sometime it shows application is installed but fail in background. Also wait for some time and if still issue is not resolved then try to install it again and raise a case with ServiceNow support team.

When I installed the applications in my Personal Developers Instance, it took quite a while for them to be available to me.  Not sure how long before they showed up -- hours, a day, more?  I had given up on checking, exiting and rechecking before I noticed that they were there a few days later.

I found that logging out and logging back in fixed the issue, after reading this comment.
