Supply Chains are in the fragile state, as they are vulnerable, when exposed to uncertainty, they lose value, such as:
- Revenue
- Profitability
- Shortages
- Line Down Risks
- Excess & Obsolescence of inventories
- Extra Costs
Supply chain leaders face the challenge of helping their business move the supply chain to a strong antifragile state, the exposure to uncertainty (in demand and/or supply), disturbs the balance between the optimal use of resources.
To achieve the business plan, supply chain leaders must decide how to best use its resources to align demand, supply and financial planning, which is known as the S&OP plan. The S&OP plan is then passed to operations to execute and deliver value to customers accordingly.
Through ServiceNow S2P suite, we can find powerful solutions to maximize Supply Chain Value to customers, where ERP systems does not support encountered gaps along the cycle, S2P does not replace ERP core functionalities but extends overall capabilities in terms to achieve an anti-fragile Supply Chain.
