1.2.1 Agent Workspace for HR Case Management plugin isn't preinstalleed in student instance

When I am doing the lab I don't see HR in lab 1.2.1.

It says plugin for HR is preinstalled but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Log a case with NowLearning. The Community can't check anything for you. We don't have access to your course, nor to your instance. 

You can also request another lab instance, if needed, but you will have to start over with all labs, since they often build on the previous one.

Hi @hikerclimber ,

Did you check in the plugins if the HR  shows under "Installed"?

NOte :Type Plugins on Navigator and enter teh plugin name .

If it'd not installed , you can install of your own, if not then raise a case with ServiceNow from ServiceNow Learning Portal under Help.
