Activity Stream @Mention Email notification should be visible in activity stream of CR/RITM/SCTASK

I have a requirement wherein I need OOB Activity Stream @Mention Email notification to be visible under activity stream of CR/RITM/SCTASK. While I am mentioning anyone in CHG/RITM/SCTASK .I am able to recieve mail in inbox and email logs, but it is not getting reflected in activity stream of the respective CHG/RITM/SCTASK record.
Any suggestions?

they are not seen even for admins or both admins and non-admins?
are they seen in native view in activity log?

I refered the KB: Emails aren't shown in the Activity Stream (especially after upgrade) and have checked all the neccesary checkbox suggested in KB , but still unable to see 'You have been mentioned' mail in activity stream, while I am able to see these emails in email logs
