Hi Community,
Can Data Policy be used to block agents from entering sensitive info like passwords in Work Notes / Comments or prevent it from leaking via email notifications?
My understanding is that Data Policy only enforces field-level rules (mandatory/read-only) and can't scan free-text content. So would a Before Business Rule with a keyword check be the right approach instead?
Are there any OOB features for this, or is scripting the only way?
