Can we redirect approvals?

How can we re-direct the approvals from one approver to another?

yes @ashwinipingle, this is exactly the experience I had and that. I tried to explain above... if it is to approve a few records that's fine i guess but for systematic change it requires redesigning the whole process

Hi @ashwinipingle ,

Yes that is possible by Delegating some other users in Servicenow User table.

So you may follow the below steps.

1. First went the the System Security > Users.
2. Open the User account for which we need to set the Delegate.

3. Come to the delegate section on the user form.

4. Create a new Delegate rule by clicking on NEW.

Fill the details of this section and submit the details.

Then that deligate user may able to approve on behalf.
