I find Now Learning very informative and has a lot of good resources on how to use ServiceNow. However, does our access into Nowlearning expires?

Now Learning access for ServiceNow is typically granted based on your organization's ServiceNow subscription and the type of training or education package they have purchased. The availability and duration of Now Learning access may vary depending on your organization's agreement with ServiceNow.
Here are some common scenarios:
End User Access: If you are an end user of ServiceNow (using it for your daily work tasks), your access to Now Learning may be tied to your active employment with the organization that has a ServiceNow subscription. In this case, your access may continue as long as you are an employee.
ServiceNow Customers and Partners: Organizations that are ServiceNow customers or partners often have access to Now Learning as part of their subscription or partnership agreement. Access may be available to employees and partners for as long as the subscription or partnership is active.
Training Accounts: Some individuals or organizations purchase specific training packages from ServiceNow, which may include temporary access to Now Learning for the duration of the training program.
Public Content: ServiceNow also provides free public access to certain educational resources and documentation, which may not expire.

I will add to this that your ServiceNow badges and certifications can and should go with you when you switch companies, whether you are a ServiceNow customer or partner. It is not automatic, however, and you need to contact SSO support, ideally a couple of weeks ahead of time if possible, to make sure your account information is properly transitioned. This goes not just for Now Learning but other areas as well such as Developer and Community. However, Partner Portal and Now Support will not move with you, and you will need to update those separately. And you may have additional tasks to make sure your WebAssessor login is properly updated.

Hi @GEspiritu
Greetings!!
Practically speaking, I am using same Now learning for more than 8 years now and it never get expired. But yes few authortizsation steps has been added like MFA.
The only point to remeber:
When ever you change the org please move your previous account to org mapped so that you can get benefits of free courses and voucher ( Depend on your org is partner or not)
If you are not working with partner co, you can keep Now Learning on personal id as well.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
