Cant login to my PDI.

Hi,

From one week I cannot login into my personnal devlp instance. I tried many times and I cant get in, I tried different ways using forgot password but I am not receving any email to reset my password. Please help me.

Hi @Thulasi_Nallapa ,

 

Have you tried log into the Developer website ( https://developer.servicenow.com/)? 
You can log in there with you credentials ( Top right), and then click on "Start Building" 

From the developer website you can also reset your password by clicking on your profile icon ( top right), and then on 'Manage Instance Password' , within this option you'll have an option to reset your password

Have you tried resetting your password from the ServiceNow Developer site as below

 

  • Click on your profile button.
  • Select "Instance Action."
  • Under this option, you will find "Manage instance password."
  • Click on it to access the settings.
  • Here, you can reset the instance password to generate a new set of instance login credentials.
  • Create a new password for your instance.
