Hi @dipikabisne ,
If you have coding background, then it would be easy for you. A good and confider developer you will feel only more and more practices , implementation on difference use cases.
For Structured Course:

Certified Application Developer (CAD) Learning Path
- Try building apps in your Personal Developer Instance (PDI).
- Like Create tables, forms, UI Policies, Client Scripts and access controls,
BR, client scripts, flow designer and application security
Glide APIs, dictionary attributes and role,Glide Record, GlideAjax, GlideForm etc
For Scripting,
1. Introduction to Scripting in ServiceNow
2. Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals
3. Refer syllabus for scripting : KB0012764 Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals (SSNF) Syllabus

I don't think anyone is perfect in anything.
You only learn with experience and hands-on coding.
So do take the now learning scripting course and start participating in helping others in community where you get real-time project requirements which you can work in your PDI
💡 If my response helped, please mark it as correct ✅ and close the thread 🔒— this helps future readers find the solution faster! 🙏

Hi @dipikabisne
As a ServiceNow trainer with experience in the field, I can say that ServiceNow is constantly expanding and becoming more deeper, bigger and wider. It’s not easy to learn everything or become perfect within just one month. Don’t take mistakes the wrong way — even we, who are veterans in the ServiceNow ecosystem, are still learning every day because there’s always something new for us to discover.

Here are a few tips:
-
Follow this master playlist to strengthen your JavaScript skills specifically for the ServiceNow platform.
https://youtu.be/62Nabpb94Jw?
-
Spend at least 1–2 hours daily on the ServiceNow Community. Observe the kinds of technical questions being asked and how experienced members respond. You’ll learn a lot passively this way—and I highly encourage you to start answering questions as well. Explaining concepts to others will improve your technical thinking and deepen your understanding.
-
Explore the free courses available on the ServiceNow Developer Site. These are practical and focused, and will help you apply your knowledge directly on the platform.
