Community is a great resource. I can ask questions, and get help.
But how can I contribute? I have insights, knowledge, and experience from the last 13 years in the ServiceNow space and knowledge from the current project. I would like to share. But I really don't understand how. The forum structure and guidelines are... special.
As an example, I composed a how-to about a specific topic and posted to SysAdmin forum as a question. It was rejected within the first two minutes.
Is it something the community does not need? Is it wrong place?
Cheers,
Kostya

okay.. you can try here
https://www.servicenow.com/community/architect/ct-p/Architect
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
