I can't get my PDI out of hibernation

I've been trying to get my PDI to wake up for the last week, and all I can seem to get is the "Waking up instance" message with a spinning wheel. I hadn't had a chance to back up some work on it because I was actively working on it - but now I'm being warned that due to inactivity (although I JUST got the email, and it says I'm losing the instance yesterday). What am I doing wrong that is preventing me from being able to properly wake up my instance?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with your PDI. It sounds frustrating to be stuck in the "Waking up instance" loop. Regarding the warning about inactivity, it seems like there might be a disconnect in the timing.

On a different note have yo tried out the Hill Climb Racing Mod APK? A game with funky graphics and a unique gameplay style.
