Badges on Credly

Hi community, thanks for the previous help but now how do I share Badges on Credly?

Hi @pauloconsta ,

Just make sure your ServiceNow Learning and Credly accounts use the same email. Then check Credly—if the badge isn’t there, look for an email invite to accept it. That’s it! 😊

1. Use the Same Email Address
2. Check Your Credly Account
3. Accept Badge Invitation

I did this - nothing remained, no badge went to the Credly list and I can't even find out where in the profile I can download it.

@SD_Chandan do I need to register at the Credly site?

In ServiceNow university I have noticed a banner asking me if I want to Activate that, I clicked on it several times but I was redirected to homescreen and never had any progress on it, but it is not that important for me to spend too much energy on it but if you happened to go through this, it would be nice to share your way. Thanks

@pauloconsta when I clicked on the Activate button, it was sending email to my corporate email (which is linked to my ServiceNow university profile) and I was not checking it, so to activate the Credly, you can do it from a mailbox :)))
