I can't get my PDI out of hibernation

I've been trying to get my PDI to wake up for the last week, and all I can seem to get is the "Waking up instance" message with a spinning wheel. I hadn't had a chance to back up some work on it because I was actively working on it - but now I'm being warned that due to inactivity (although I JUST got the email, and it says I'm losing the instance yesterday). What am I doing wrong that is preventing me from being able to properly wake up my instance?

It sounds frustrating when you can’t get your PDI out of hibernation! Have you tried restarting your device or checking for any updates? You might find helpful solutions at https://spotivibe.org/ as they cover a lot of troubleshooting tips for common issues.

Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try accessing your PDI in an incognito/private window. If the "Waking up instance" spinner persists, log into your ServiceNow Developer account, release the current instance, and request a new one. Unfortunately, unrecovered instances after expiration cannot be restored, so regular backups are essential.
