I've been trying to get my PDI to wake up for the last week, and all I can seem to get is the "Waking up instance" message with a spinning wheel. I hadn't had a chance to back up some work on it because I was actively working on it - but now I'm being warned that due to inactivity (although I JUST got the email, and it says I'm losing the instance yesterday). What am I doing wrong that is preventing me from being able to properly wake up my instance?

Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try accessing your PDI in an incognito/private window. If the "Waking up instance" spinner persists, log into your ServiceNow Developer account, release the current instance, and request a new one. Unfortunately, unrecovered instances after expiration cannot be restored, so regular backups are essential.
