Posts/comments going into moderation

I'm fairly new poster, I suppose, but it seems all my questions are getting moderated. Is this because I'm new, or someone reported me, etc? I ask because it just slows the whole process down.

This helps prevent spam and maintain content quality. We know it’s not the best user experience, but it keeps the site high-quality. Our team reviews posts as quickly as possible.
