service now app login for IT

Hi, I am an IT worker that signs in to servicenow through SSO. which of the apps would be appropriate to use?I have been able to log in to my service now, but gives me no options to see tickets, only put new ones in.

the mobile web experience is really bad, leaving me unable to service any tickets on the go.
