Hello! Has anyone transitioned the business transfer workflow into ServiceNow? We are looking to bring this process that is largely handled via email, hands-on work, and a bit of our HRIS tool into ServiceNow to take advantage of automations and obtain better reporting / data. I'd love anyone's feedback on having done the same, what to consider, lessons learned, etc.?
