Ok, so I'm not sure if SN fixed this or not, but I just created a new post in the Developer forum and it was instantly published without needing to be moderated first! THANK YOU SERVICENOW!!!

Hi @xiaix ,
This is happening as in past months we have seen a lot of junk and unwanted contents whihc were nowhere related to ServiceNow which included Advertisements as well. So to keep the community clean place , this approval process is in place.

It's absolute crap SN decided to go this route. The absolute one thing I loved the most about these community forums was the instant posting & answering of questions. Now that's all gone to pot. It took 4 hours!!! for this question to even get posted! Imagine how frustrating this! What SN should do is NOT moderate users such as yourself and me who have a proven track record of being legit posters. Heck, make it so that anyone with 1k points or more can subvert moderation. This new system will drive the majority of us completely away and/or create our own version of the forums with logical moderation methods. To blanket moderate EVERYTHING is not smart. No really, let me tell you how I feel 😛

Hi @xiaix ,
Yes, There is delay in getting response with this new approval process. Resolution gets delay. ServiceNow should consider users like MVP, Raising start, features achievers to NOT moderate their response and solutions. It ServiceNow conduct survey to take more inputs approving this approval, it help community reducing delay in getting resolution
