unable to reply to some of the posts... shows green color lock icon

Hello Community...
I'm unable to reply to some of posts in the community....
The posts are having green color lock icon..
and I'm getting this message at the end.
This could be an issue with my community account setup but I'm not sure...
Any help on this is appreciated..!

Steps to Resolve
Check Your Account Role
Go to your ServiceNow Community profile settings.
Ensure your account is fully registered and linked to your organization's entitlements (if applicable).
Verify your current role: Customer, Partner, Employee, etc.
Account Linking (if necessary)
If you're part of a partner organization or an entitled customer, you might need to link your ServiceNow ID to your organization's account for elevated permissions.
Reach out to your ServiceNow admin or support contact for assistance with linking.
Reach Out to Community Support
If you still cannot reply, submit a ticket through the ServiceNow Community Support page. Provide details about the issue, including the lock icon and access message.
Test Access with Other Posts
See if you can reply to other non-restricted posts. If you can, it's likely just a group restriction on those specific threads.

Hi Ravi, If the post is showing a green lock on it either the author locked it down or the post has been archived by an admin. In both cases members will be unable to respond to the post.
