Xanadu Lab instance Lists and filters task

I've followed the instructions and completed the instance accordingly, however it keeps failing validation. I do not see any other steps missed. Please advise so I can move forward

Sometimes the issue is with the data or instance too. I hope you are validating it as the right user (impersonating the correct user) and checking it. Don’t wait here—move on to the next task and check this again after some time, maybe tomorrow.
