Add the ability to add time to task type tickets from mobile application

Hey Everyone,
I wanna add time to SCTASKS and Incidents via the NOW mobile app. Maybe show 'Time Card' in the related section? Can we add 'Time Sheet Portal' to the app too?

can anyone please give the solution
