My library Knowledge Sources To Go is very popular, but it was intended mainly as a thematically grouped guide to standard sources and was provided by me as a PDF file. Each app is purpose-built for the workflows and actions taken by a specific persona, so everyone can get work done from anywhere. Mobile Studio delivers a powerful set of packaged design elements and layout templates that enable anyone to rapidly create native, engaging experiences for iOS and Android without writing a single line of code. The Now Mobile and Mobile Agent apps are all available as free downloads from the iOS App Store and Google Play Store. The Now Mobile app is a downloadable app designed to help your employees with the following tasks:

  • Get help by submitting requests and issues.
  • Find answers using global search and knowledge base.
  • View and report issues around your assets
  • View and complete tasks
  • Upload images and attachments to ServiceNow records
  • Request help from Agent Chat and Virtual Agent
  • Use pre-configured Siri shortcuts unique to the Now Mobile app to complete common actions.

 

 

Mobile Agent is a downloadable app that focuses on the process user or agent providing the following features:

  • Give your agents a mobile interface to triage, address, and resolve requests.
  • Use the offline mode of the Mobile Agent app to work in areas without an internet connection.
  • Use the location tracking feature of the Mobile Agent app to keep a record of where an agent last worked on an instance.
