Hello, it seems the out of box mobile agent app does not have a screen or applet for tasks assigned to your group, but with assigned_to = none, is this correct? Our technicians need an easy way to use the agent app to browse their group's open tasks and quickly "assign to me" so they can work a task on the go.
Is there a reason this was not included in base functionality? Other than it was assumed you could add it easily if it was needed? Just trying to think of if there's a workflow/process reason this isn't part of base functionality.

Our users would also like to have the screens for "My Groups Work" and "My Groups Unassigned Work" available. I was able to create them in the platform UI but filtering and sorting isn't customizable, which does not help.

I would also like to know why "Unassigned Catalog Tasks" isn't an OOB option just like "Unassigned Incidents". I mean in My Groups Work, you are typically working or assigning Incidents or Catalog Tasks. Makes no sense to me why this isn't included OOB.
Did you end up making your own?
