Announcements in Now Mobile application

Hello Everyone,

One of my clients requirement is to show case announcement widgets on Now mobile application like any service portal.

1. How this can be possible on Now mobile application ?

2. And how to show the announcements based on user criteria ?

Has anyone configured such things, any pointers will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

I think you can create a push notification for the same, it will be better than a banner on the mobile app.

They want this as a scrollable banners like in portal. But push notifications will go once it is acknowledged.

You use Campaigns to add Mobile announcements (text cards) and videos in the Now Mobile and Mobile Onboarding apps.  You can use normal targeted content to add the banners.
