Announcements in Now Mobile application

Hello Everyone,

One of my clients requirement is to show case announcement widgets on Now mobile application like any service portal.

1. How this can be possible on Now mobile application ?

2. And how to show the announcements based on user criteria ?

Has anyone configured such things, any pointers will be highly appreciated.

Okay, I will try this out but how can I show these contents on mobile screen ?

Can you please provide the steps to achieve this?

If you create it in Content Delivery with the correct Content type, OOB it should just appear in Now Mobile without configuration in the app.

• Banner:  Content Type = Mobile Banner
• Text Card (Announcement/words):  Content Type = Mobile Text Card
•  Video:  Content Type = Mobile Video

Thanks @sbritt this helped a lot. Am stilll looking for more options like upcoming events calendar, announcements etc. like we have on Service Portals. Similarly, I want to show those stuff on Mobile.

You can create announcments like portal...

You need to go to applet launcher section  create enteries in these tables

step by step

sys_sg_item_section

sys_sg_list_screen

sys_sg_item_stream_segment

sys_sg_item_stream

sys_sg_master_item  : in this page you will be mentioning name of table as Announcements

All of them once completed you will annoucnemtns appearing in your now mobile
