Approvals not appearing in Now Mobile under My Tasks

Hello, 

We added to display approvals from Change and Problem into the Now Mobile app, but these approvals are not displaying. Currently, I am able to see the count of records awaiting my approval, but when I click on My Tasks, the next screen says "No Data Available"

I ran some debug and nothing seems to be wrong, except that it is requiring the approver_user role, but I tested this with various users with this role, and it still doesn't work.

Have you mapped the right parameter UI and enabled screen parameters?

Did you find the solution to this problem?  I am noticing the same thing...itil users with approver_user role can't see approvals even though the "My Tasks" count shows them in the Now Mobile app.
