Can you please give us free plugins that needs to be enabled for now mobile and mobile agent to function.

Need simple list of plugin details.

Hi Muhammad When I go to page 9 and click on now mobile to get the information on plugin, getting 404 forbidden error. Not able to get the plugin details. Please help.

Hi Arun,

You need to install " ServiceNow NowMobile App Screens and Applet Launcher plugin "(com.glide.mobile-employee) plugin. 

in addition to that you can Install "ITSM Mobile" (com.sn_itsm_mobile). this plugin will give a lot of capabilities related to ITSM process. You will get Change tasks, KB articles etc. You can play with that and if you think they are not as you want you can always modify them or create new as per your need.
