Applet not found. Contact your Administrator error

When clicking on the caller or assigned to in the Now Agent app I'm getting an error "Applet not found,  Contact your adminstrator".  Both of these are out of the box and it works in my personal developer instance.  I've compared the two and don't see anything different.  Does anyone know why this error occurs?

Which application is this i.e. ITSM Mobile, FSM, CSM? 

Have you made any changes to Applet, Data item etc at any point of time?

ITSM Agent Mobile and no, it hasn't been customized.  I'm not sure if it ever worked, I did all my discovery in my personal dev instance and didn't test this function in the company's instance.

As rightly said by @Ivan Betev, these are navigation functions. Please refer to his comment below. 

Before anything else please verify com.glide.mobile-employee plugin is installed. 

Also, it would be great if you can share the configuration screenshot that way we can better help you find out the root cause. This issues often occur due to wrong reference.

Hi gjz,

those are the navigation type functions assigned to the Field in Field Functions sections of Applet => Form Screen => Body:

check if they are really selected by clicking on any of it:

If yes, then jump to Navigation section of studio and check if the navigation function exists:

then check if the destination applet is selected by opening the Navigation function and the required parameters are specified:

by the last step check the Destination applet as well, probably something is missing there.

If nothing works, just recreate the navigation function and reassign it on the first step to the required field.
