Hi Arun,
You need to install " ServiceNow NowMobile App Screens and Applet Launcher plugin "(com.glide.mobile-employee) plugin.
in addition to that you can Install "ITSM Mobile" (com.sn_itsm_mobile). this plugin will give a lot of capabilities related to ITSM process. You will get Change tasks, KB articles etc. You can play with that and if you think they are not as you want you can always modify them or create new as per your need.

Hi
Mobile Studio
Mobile Studio is automatically activated since the Madrid upgrade.
Mobile Agent
The Mobile Agent app is automatically activated since the Madrid upgrade.
Now Mobile
You will need to manually install a plugin to activate the Now Mobile app for your users.
Also, Please download the Mobile Implementation Guide from below link. on the Page 9 you will findall about Plugin activation step by step. This guide is a must have for Mobile Development in my opinion.
In addition to above i will recommend few worthy resources as I think you just started with mobile development.
Best Practices Guide: Building Mobile Apps with ServiceNow
I hope this helps!

OOB only the mentioned tabs are available [incident, approvals, notification, settings], for Change and task etc you will have to manually create them and add them in the navigation bar.
The High level steps to create would be
1. Data Item for Change Request
2. Applet [List type] for Change Request
3. Add to Navigation tab.
I will recommend following the below training to learn step by step process and wherever you stuck you can always ask question in the Mobile App & Platform Forum. We will be happy to help!
