I understand ServiceNow has a native mobile app both for Android and iOS, while this is good, there isn't any way to customize the logo once the user logs in via the app. I understand that at mobile app icon level we cannot change it since its hosted on playstore or apple store. but there should be a way we can change the logo to show our company logo once we are into the app.
Please help me with this query/issue.

Hi,
If your wish is to change the logo on the mobile app, this is not supported for now. You can request one enhancement request https://hi.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=/com.glideapp.servicecatalog_cat_item_view.do%3Fsysparm_id%...
Thanks,
Sireesha

Hi Dhananjay,
You couldn't do this previously, but with Istanbul, you can:
- Configure the name and icon for an instance (this is different than the name and icon for the actual app, which is not configurable).
Thanks,

Or rather, you can't.
