Chat on Mobile

I don't think we can use chat functionality on mobile without Virtual Agent installed on the instance. Is it right?

You only need the free version of the Virtual Agent, and you can lead it directly to a live agent. That is what we have done, so no need for full Virtual Agent 🙂

Do you know how to show Now Support in Now Mobile?
I was able to display the PC version and the smartphone version.

To show it in Now Mobile you need to add the chat to the Quick action menu in your Launcher screen. It is out of the box, so no configuration required other than adding it. 🙂
