Comments in Activity stream is not editable in Mobile app

Hi,
The Comments field is not editable , but Work Notes and Additional Comments are enabled in Activity stream Screen.
This issue is occurring on the Custom Table's Activity Stream, where both Work Notes and Additional Comments are of type Journal Input and are visible on the form and have all the ACL to write.
While comments added via the UI can be seen on mobile, I'm unable to add comments through the mobile app. Could someone please assist me in understanding how to fix this issue? Thanks!
