Hi,
The menu is not displayed even though Activity Stream's [Add Comments] is ON.
There is no [comment menu] ...
Please, let me know if you know how to do!

Hi Hiroshi,
Please follow below steps It helps you to add additional comments.
1.please log in as admin user.
2.Open a RITM form and change the view in which you want to add comment. for example I want to add comment for self service view.
3.Then right click on the header of the form ---> Configure--->Form Layout . Then select Additional Comments and Activities(filtered) in the slush bucket and save.

Hello Harshal,
Thank you for teaching me.
I tried the method that you told me, but I couldn't display it.
But I noticed my mistake.
I use a "Custom table".
There was no [Additional Comments] column in the Custom table.
I added an [Additional Comments] column.
After adding a column, the comment addition menu was displayed.
This problem was resolved thanks to your support.
